Thank you to all the amazing collaborators, customers, and friends who met with us at ASMS 2023! It’s been a fantastic week full of ExD research and analysis software demos.
This isn't goodbye, it's see you later... hopefully at UPPCON 2023!
— The e-MSion team

From impromptu demos in the bioinformatics hub to one-on-one demos in the Agilent hospitality suite,
our team had a blast sharing ExDViewer with everyone at ASMS!

Sign up for email updates to receive ExDViewer beta releases and important announcements from our team.

ExDViewer is designed to meet the challenge of deconvoluting a new data landscape, created by combinations of CID, ECD, ETD, HCD, EThcD, and more collected at the limits of benchtop instrument resolution. Together with our customers, our goal is to make the analysis and visualization of peptide and protein MS/MS data intuitive, adaptable, and widely accessible.

We had four great presenters this year from the e-MSion team!

Oral | Hall B3 MOA | 9:30 am

Parameter-free Deconvolution and Visualization of Peptide and Protein Fragmentation Mass Spectra

Oral | Hall B3 WOA | 3:50pm

Protein complex heterogeneity and structure revealed by native mass spectrometry with electron capture charge reduction and surface induced dissociation

June 4, 2023 | Marriott Marquis Houston 1777 Walker St. Houston, TX 77010 Rm: Texas F-G
At the Agilent IM Event on Sunday, ExD user Dr. Blaine Roberts from Emory University discussed: The Hidden Pathophysiology of Lipids and Proteins in Alzheimer’s Revealed with Ion Mobility MS and Quantitative QQQ Biomarker Assays
